To the tune of M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E, more than 3,000 invited guests showed up at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif., to honor America's favorite rodent, who turns 60 this year.

"Yo, Mick, Happy Birthday," said Sylvester Stallone, who with actors Michael Keaton, Molly Ringwald, Teri Garr and original Mouseketeer Annette Funicello, joined Thursday's salute.

The party, which featured a 12-foot-high birthday cake, kicked off a multimillion-dollar promotion that will include commemorative videos, free gifts to children who visit Disneyland and a 12-story Earforce One balloon that will tour several U.S. cities.
