John "Jack" Arnold Colledge, age 88 of Lehi, died July 11, 1998, at his family home in Lehi of natural causes.
He was born Nov. 22, 1909, in the family home to Thomas and Mary Ann Slater Colledge.Jack served in the Army during World War II. He was a cattle rancher and rode as a line rider in West Canyon for the Cattlemen's Association for 65 years. He was an elder in the LDS Church. Jack dearly loved all birds and animals and enjoyed being around children.
Survived by his sister, Eva Johnson of Lehi; special nieces and nephews, Dennis T. "Skip" Oxborrow, Alona "Toni" O. Bennett, and Phyllis O. Crookston; and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by four brothers and six sisters.
Funeral, Thursday, July 16, 1998, at 2 p.m. in the Wing Mortuary Chapel, 118 East Main, Lehi, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. and also Thursday, one hour prior to services. Burial, Lehi City Cemetery with military honors by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
