PROVO — A man who police found dressed in women's clothing and writing on the walls of a public bathroom was arrested for investigation of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

A police report filed in 4th District Court says police responded Wednesday to a call about a man clad in women's clothing acting strangely in the restroom at the Tucker rest stop.

When police arrived, the man, 51, from Price was sitting in his car with women's clothes visible under his outer clothing, according to the report.

The man also had a can of beer, illegal fireworks and a clip, usually used for holding cigarettes, according to the police report.

Police said the man told them he had been using the clip to smoke marijuana. The man allowed police to search his car, and they found methamphetamine, a glass pipe, marijuana and an Ecstasy pill, according to the report.

The man was arrested and booked into the Utah County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 cash or bond bail.
