City attorneys asked a judge to jail Dr. Jack Kevorkian or bar him from taking organs from people whose suicides he has assisted in.

Kevorkian violated state law barring mutilation of a corpse by allegedly helping remove the kidneys from Joseph Tushkowski of Las Vegas on June 7, Deputy City Attorney James Marcinkowski argued in a filing Monday.He made the kidneys available for transplant, but no one took up the offer.
