Still groggy after being sedated for an exam, a black bear cub is weighed on an infant scale at the PAWS Wildlife Center in Lynnwood, Wash., Thursday. The California Department of Fish and Game sent the cuddly little cub to the center after her mother was killed for being a nuisance. The chocolate-colored cub won't have to bear her new life alone, though. After her physical exam, she was introduced to three other orphaned cubs at the wildlife center.
