John Blair Campbell, 64, died June 24, 1998, in Provo, Utah.
He was born December 22, 1933 in Eureka, Utah. He graduated from Tintic High School, and attended the University of Utah, and Utah Technical College of Salt Lake City. He married Sylvia Sutherland on September 5, 1959 and later divorced. He was a member of the Methodist church, and past Exalted Ruler BPOE 711. He served on the Tintic District School Board, Juab County Hospital Board, Tintic Historical Society Board, and in the United States Marine Corps.He is survived by two daughters and a son: Traci (Kevin) Schow, of Layton, Nicole (Stanley) Green, and Shawn A. Campbell, both of Winnemucca, Nevada; five grandsons, and two granddaughters. He is also survived by his mother, Virginia Campbell Bradford, of Eureka; and his brother, Ross (Nancy) Bradford, of Goshen. He is preceded in death by his son, Anthony (Tony) Blair Campbell.
Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 27, 1998, at the United Methodist Church, Eureka, Utah at 11 a.m. where friends may call one hour prior to service. Burial in the Eureka City Cemetery. Military rites by the Goshen American Legion Post 123. Funeral Directors: Holladay Hills Funeral Home, Santaquin, Utah.
