A Provo man died Monday after the vehicle he rolled came to rest on top of him.

Killed was:Terrance Harrison, 36, Provo.

The accident occurred at 400 N. 500 West at approximately 10:20 a.m., said Provo Police Lt. Greg DuVal. Harrison was northbound on 500 West as a lumber truck attempted to turn left from the intersection at 400 North onto 500 West.

When Harrison swerved to miss the truck, his vehicle rolled over and he was thrown out. The two vehicles did not collide, but Harrison was pinned under the wreckage of his 1974 International Scout, DuVal said.

Harrison was pronounced dead on arrival at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
