Fae Paulsen Thomas, 69, died May 29, 1998 in Price.
She was born January 15, 1929 in Ephraim, Utah to Glen F. and Julia Jewkes Paulsen. She married Theodore Thomas, Jr. July 12, 1946 in Hiawatha, Utah, later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.She enjoyed teaching and interacting with children and worked for Headstart and as a substitute teacher throughout Emery County for many years. She was a skilled artist and writer having won awards locally and at the state level.
She is survived by her husband Ted of Orangeville and her children and their spouses: Michelle and Marvin Peterson of North Hills, Calif; Ted and Donna Thomas of Castle Dale; and Louise Edgel of Evanston, WY.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by a brother, Paul (Grace) Paulsen; sisters, Glenna (Paul) Zeilke and Linda (Blaine) Hansen; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Alma and sister, Elaine.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 2, 1998 at 1 p.m. in the Orangeville LDS Chapel where friends may call one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Orangeville Cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
