Britain's Prince Andrew is visiting Russia's second-largest city, where he will take part in the naming of a replica of a flagship from Peter the Great's time. Andrew, who is in St. Petersburg, also will visit a center where discharged servicemen are retrained for civilian jobs. He is scheduled to visit a museum in Tsarkoye Selo, formerly known as Pushkin, where he will deliver fragments of decorations from Catherine the Great's apartments. The decorations were restored by the Wedgewood china factory in Britain and paid for by the British royal family.
