Thurlo "Bud" Wiley, age 79, passed away May 28, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born April 18, 1919 in Circleville, Utah, son of Robert and Sarah Ann Dutson Wiley. Married Inez Skeem June 20, 1940 in Oasis, Utah; later solemnized in Manti LDS Temple; she preceded him in death April 27, 1979. Married Aleith Cluff May 31, 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona. Active member of LDS Church. Retired in 1979 from Union Pacific Railroad after 38 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family. He never met a child he did not love.Survived by wife, Aleith; son, Gary T. (Peggy) Wiley, West Jordan, Utah; four grandchildren, James T. (Chantell) Wiley, Michael (Melanie) Wiley, Nathan Wiley and Sarah Anne (Jonathan) Rockne; one great-granddaughter, Brianne Wiley. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Joan and Sharon.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at the West Valley 8th Ward, 3963 S. Peachwood Dr. (3450 West). Friends may call Friday, 5-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Saturday at the church, 9-9:45 a.m. Interment, Oasis Cemetery, Oasis, Utah.
