Our loving father, grandfather and husband, Jerry Leon Graff, passed away Sunday, May 17, 1998 at the Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo.
He was born May 27, 1935 in Santa Clara, Utah to L.J. and Sylvia Stucki Graff. He married his sweetheart, Maxine Adams of Hurricane, Utah, in the St. George L.D.S. Temple, September 9, 1955.Jerry graduated with top honors at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy in 1959. He has excelled in his profession for 43 years and has served in various leadership capacities and has received many honors.
Jerry's love and friendship was felt by all who knew him. His service continued in many church positions as a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Jerry has touched the lives of many with his wonderful personality, love, and kindness and willingness to give, will be greatly missed. Jerry had a fond appreciation of nature and loved traveling. For years, many of us have reaped the rewards of his love for gardening. He has been a great example to his friends and family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Maxine; and four children, Kelly (Keri) Graff, of St. George; Sherry (Dave) Thomas, of Spring City, UT; Scott (Cheryl) Graff; Jeff (Mary Lynne) Graff, both of Spanish Fork, UT.; his 12 loving grandchildren: Kyle, Kelsi, Klinton, Kaden, Lynsey, Lesa, Lorie, Weston, Natalie, Shane, Kasen, and Landon; brother, Jim (Carole) Graff, of Santa Clara, UT; and four sisters, LaRen Fleming, Las Vegas, NV; Donna (Bud) Stafford, Santa Clara, UT; Roma (Bruce) Savage, Santa Clara, UT; and Judy (Dave) Gardner, Heber, UT. Welcoming him to Heaven are his loving parents L.J. and Sylvia Stucki Graff.
Funeral service will be Thursday, May 21, 1998 at 11 a.m., at the Spanish Fork West Stake Center, 650 West 400 North, Spanish Fork, UT. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, UT, and on Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m.. Burial will be: Santa Clara City Cemetery on Friday, May 22, 1998 at 11 a.m.
