Twenty-one people who have fallen ill in two days are suspected to have E. coli bacteria contamination, and how they got it is a mystery.

"Most definitely, we have an outbreak," said Dr. Gregory Steele, chief epidemiologist with the Indiana State Department of Health.Six cases of strain, which is spread through undercooked meat or unwashed vegetables, have been confirmed. The strain is suspected in another 10 to 15 cases.
