An Elvis Presley credit card adorned with pictures of the king of rock 'n' roll is being launched in Britain. The Elvisly Yours credit card is backed by the Bank of Scotland and British entrepreneur Sid Shaw, who last year won a trademark court case allowing him to use the Elvis name to sell his range of memorabilia.

Meanwhile, in a decision limiting the parody defense in trademark infringement cases, a Los Angeles appeals court has ruled against a Texas restaurant that was being sued for calling itself The Velvet Elvis.
