A sophomore at the College of Eastern Utah has convinced judges that she can create human beauty in two hours flat.

Patience Van Wagoner, Castle Dale, won first place in cosmetology at the state Vocational Industrial Clubs of America competition recently. She was given two hours with a model to style hair, apply makeup, manicure nails and choose an outfit.
