Bret Barberie's RBI-single sparked a six-run fourth inning that gave Oklahoma a lead it would never relinquish as the RedHawks defeated the Salt Lake Buzz 9-2 in a Pacific Coast League game Sunday.

Both teams went scoreless until the fourth inning, when the RedHawks exploded. After Barberie's hit, he and Marc Sagmoen scored on Scott Sheldon's single.Mark Little then hit a triple that scored Sheldon and Rick Wrona. Little got an unearned score to round out scoring.

Salt Lake finally got on the scoreboard in the sixth inning, when Corey Koskie homered, scoring Koskie and Jon Shave.

The RedHawks were not through. Barberie struck again, hitting a single in the ninth inning to score Sagmoen. Sheldon home run provided two more runs and drove the final score to 9-2.
