Bern Lee Miller, age 77, passed away May 8, 1998 in Price.

He was born April 26, 1921 at Mohrland, Utah to Vernon and Marie Brinkerhoff Miller. Married Lael Mortensen on Nov. 15, 1941 in the Manti LDS Temple.He was an active member of the LDS Church where he served as assistant Stake Clerk of the Price, Ut. Stake, Stake music director, high counselor, ward clerk and ward Priesthood organist. He was a member of the UMWA and worked in the Geneva Mine at Horse Canyon for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife of over 57 years and seven children and their spouses, Pamela and David Haag of Tooele, Brent and Lynne Miller of Draper, Shari and Ron Winters of Delta, Debra and Randy Draper of Newton, Layne and Debbie Miller of Price, Anita and Larry Marx of Roosevelt and David and Sonia Miller of Centerville; 31 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will beheld Wednesday, May 13, 1998 at 1 p.m. in the Price 4th Ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Price and one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Price City Cemetery.
