Lakeview Hospital will offer immunizations, tours and free screenings May 10-16 in honor of National Hospital Week.

On May 11, the hospital's Diabetes Treatment Center will offer free blood-sugar screenings from 1 to 3 p.m. The public is also invited to donate blood from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.On May 12, childhood immunizations will be given from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Fees are $3 for children younger than 2 and $5 for children older than 2. Adults can receive tetanus shots for $5.

Parenting tips will be available from Dr. Carl Rasmussen, author of "Good Parent, Guilt Parent" May 14. Also May 14, the public is also invited to fill out a fitness survey from the Physical Therapy Department and walk through the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.
