Jeanette Adamson Trottier, 107, died May 2, 1998 in Portland, Oregon.

She was born December 25, 1890 in Tintic, Eureka, Utah, to David and Janet Douglas Adamson. She lived in Scofield, Utah and Wellington, British Columbia until she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 1907. She married Roy A. Trottier on June 4, 1912 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Had five daughters and lived there until 1950 when he retired and they moved to Lebanon, Oregon. Member of LDS Church. She loved teaching and taught many different classes until she was 100 years old. She was truly a remarkable lady who was loved by all for her sweet spirit and cheerful attitude.She is survived by three daughters, LaVonne "Bonnie" Julian, Salt Lake City, UT; Velma Konold, Portland, OR; Sharon (Keith) Klavano, Lebanon, OR; 18 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 32 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband; and daughters, Jeanette Egbert and Lillian Place.

Funeral service Saturday, May 9, 1998 at 12 noon at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends and family may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday one hour prior to service. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
