Nettie Irene Schroeder, 89, died May 1, 1998 in American Fork, Utah.
Born December 12, 1908 in Midview, Utah to Frank Boynton and Grace Robinson Hale. Married Neil L. Anderton in Vernal, Utah on Sept. 19, 1924, subsequently divorced. Married Kurt August Schroeder in Logan, Utah on Jan. 18, 1932. He preceded her in death June 2, 1990.She was active in the LDS Church, and loved teaching Sunday School and Primary, and served in Relief Society and Homemaking. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, and did beautiful needlework. She always had a beautiful garden.
Survived by sons, Donald H. (Bobbie) Anderton, Spanish Fork; Kay A. (Helen) Schroeder, Bluffdale; Ralph B. (Betty) Schroeder, Ridgecrest, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Dr. Anthony Groathouse in South Jordan, Colonial Manor in Lehi, and Mary Cisneros in American Fork for their help and loving care.
Funeral services Wednesday, May 6, 1998, at 1 p.m. at the Bluffdale 5th Ward Chapel, 14400 South 1700 West. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 p.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, and Wednesday 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. at the church. Interment, Bluffdale City Cemetery.
