The National Psoriasis Foundation and the Utah-Idaho Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation will offer a free seminar to help people learn more about psoriatic arthritis Tuesday, May 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. Participants will learn about the latest treatments and research on this disease and can ask questions of Dr. Harold Vonk, a local rheumatologist.
The condition causes pain and swelling in some joints and scaly skin patches on some areas of the body.The lecture will be held at the University of Utah Medical School, Classroom B, 50 N.
