Craig Fayette Tucker, beloved husband, son, brother and uncle, died peacefully on April 25, 1998, after a courageous lifelong battle with heart complications.
Born February 28, 1971, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Fayette C. and Betty Tucker. Craig married Kimberly Brown on March 27, 1998.Graduated from Granger High School and attended SUCS in Cedar City. Served a full-time LDS mission to the California Ventura Mission.
Craig enjoyed fishing, camping, sports, spending time with his sweetheart, family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. Loved to play games with his family.
He was very thoughtful and cared about others before himself. He made us all laugh and brought joy to everyone who knew him.
Craig was devoted to his church and served in the Jordan River LDS Temple, and served many callings in the church.
Survived by his wife, Kimberly; parents; brothers, Brent (Jane), Don (Michelle); sisters, Sharla Church, Mechelle (Larry) Ujhely; grandmother, Amanda Herzog; uncle and aunts, his many nieces and nephews, and family members. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Milford Herzog, and grandmother, Arvella Tucker.
A special thanks to all the doctors and medical staff who have helped Craig through his life.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 1998, at 1 p.m. at the Granger West 8th Ward, 3305 South 3960 West (Scottsdale Drive), West Valley City, Utah. Friends may call Tuesday, April 28 from 6-8 p.m. at the Valley View Memorial Park Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City.
We love him and will always miss him. 'Til we meet again.
