The Utah Valley Economic Development Association is holding a two-hour training meeting and luncheon at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 28, in Room L-190 on the lower level of the Utah County Administration Building, 100 E. Center.
The association is inviting mayors, elected officials, commercial real estate developers and other interested parties to the training session. Key topics of discussion will include how the association works and what it can do for local cities and business people within those cities. Participants will learn how to make the most of leads received on businesses interested in locating in the valley, how proposals are formulated and how to get and use demographic information.The meeting is free. There will be a $5 charge for lunch. Participants will receive a package of information including a high-tech directory, major employers directory, office directory and profiles of local cities.
