Harold Boyd Garlick, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away April 20, 1998 at Mountain View Hospital in Payson, Utah.

Harold was born August 25, 1909, to William Howard Garlick and Roseanna Cox Garlick in Fairview, Utah. He married Lyda Munk, September 12, 1931 in Nephi, Utah. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He and Lyda were sealed in the Manti LDS Temple in 1974. He retired from Geneva Steel in 1974, where he had operated a crane for more than thirty years. After Lyda passed away in 1981, Harold married Ruth Brady.He is survived by his wife, Ruth, two sons and their wives: William Boyd Garlick (Helen); Mikol Harold Garlick (Rene). He is also survived by four daughters: Nora Jean Phizacklea (James); Carol Ann Conk (Leslie); Judy Lynnette Bown (Jerry); Gayla Jean Gilson Lewis. He has two stepdaughters: Oleah Ruth Mitchell; Linda Lee Lamoreaux (Jesse); 33 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren; and one sister: Ida Day, of Provo.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 23, 1998 at 11 a.m. at the Spanish Fork Ninth LDS Ward Chapel, 90 South Main Street. Friends and family may call at the Walker Mortuary, 187 South Main Street, on Wednesday evening 6 - 8 p.m. or Thursday at the ward Relief Society room from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. Burial will be at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
