Quaker State Corp. officials have announced that John Pearson will be vice president of the company's Salt Lake-based Minit-Lube division, which has 292 centers in 20 states.
"This is a period of continued rapid expansion for Quaker State Minit-Lube Inc.," said Quaker State President Jack Corn. "Pearson will add valuable management and depth to this fast-growing, nationwide operation."Pearson was a former president of Minit-Lube in 1985 and 1986 after it was acquired by Quaker State, which is based in Oil City. He had most recently been vice president of Quaker State and had been responsible for the company's motor oil sales, marketing and distribution.
