Jack Wilford Price, 81, of Brookings, Oregon, died April 15, 1998 in Florida while visiting family.
He was born July 26, 1916 in Salt Lake City to Edward Wilford and Carolyn Blanch Price. He married Beatrice (Helen) Meder at Chicago, Illinois. He had worked as a machinist for Union Special Machinist Co. in Chicago. He worked for EIMCO in Salt Lake City until his retirement in 1979. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. He enjoyed model railroading and working in his shop.Survivors include his wife of Brookings, Oregon; son, James Robert Price, Salt Lake City; daughters, Kathleen Marie Pulsipher, Aurora, Colorado and Helen Jeanne Robinson, Brookings, Oregon; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert B. Price, Walnut Creek, California. He was preceded in death by a son, Jack, Jr. in 1973.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 1998 in the Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1955 E. Stratford Ave. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 S. Highland Drive, and at the Church one hour prior to services on Tuesday. Interment in Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
