Who's hot

- KARL MALONE, Jazz: Ending the regular season in MVP fashion. Avergaing 36.5 points and 10.3 rebounds over a six-game stretch in which Utah secured home-court advantage throughout the NBA Playoffs. Malone ranks in the top nine leaguewide in scoring, rebounding, field-goal percentage and double-doubles.

Who's not

- SHAWN BRADLEY, Mavericks: Before ending the season on a less than spectacular note, Bradley became one of few players ever to post a triple-double in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots. Bradley fouled out of three of his final four games - never logging more than 28 minutes per contest.
