Bruce Willis and Demi Moore won a round in court in the ongoing battle with their former nanny.

A federal judge in Los Angeles on Monday threw out a lawsuit filed by Kim Tannahill, who claimed the stars owed her overtime pay for dragging her on trips around the world. The judge said the lawsuit doesn't belong in federal court.Tannahill cared for the actors' three daughters for more than three years. She accused the couple of labor violations, claiming that she was required to go on long trips without receiving additional pay.

She has a case pending against Willis and Moore in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In that lawsuit she alleges the couple verbally and physically abused her.

Willis and Moore are suing Tannahill for $300,000 in damages for slander, breach of confidentiality and allegedly charging personal expenses to the couple's credit cards and accounts.
