Here's a low-fat favorite of Frank and Barbara Layden.

LOW FAT TUNA SALAD

1 6 1/2-ounce can water packed tuna

2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese

1 tablespoon minced onion

1/4 cup thawed frozen peas

Salt and pepper to taste

Drain tuna. Toss all ingredients together. Use as a salad, stuffing for tomatoes or on a sandwich. Serves 8.

Each serving contains 40 calories, trace fat, 2g carb, 160mg sodium, 7mg cholesterol.
