Mildred Everett Davis, 87, died April 12, 1998.

Born October 27, 1910, to Charles Edward Everett and Emily Ada Rose, and was married to Howard Heber Davis, June 26,1930 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many church positions including Relief Society president, Primary president and various teaching positions. She was a faithful visiting teacher all of her life. She served a two year stake mission with her husband, Howard, and a mission to Washington DC, after his death in Dec. 1969. Mildred was an expert quilter and had a great love for music. She played the organ in the Salt Lake Temple for a number of years. She was a generous, caring mother and will be greatly missed.She is survived by one son, Howard Everett (Margie), of Provo; three daughters, Joy Marie Jones (Phill), of Sandy, Utah; Yvonne Friend (Roy), of Orem, Utah; Berdene Dennison (Marion), of Murray, Utah. She has 21 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Melvin of McKinley, California.

Service will be held on Wednesday April 15, 1998 at 1 p.m. at Tate Mortuary, 110 So Main St., Tooele, where friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment Tooele City Cemetery.
