L. Morene Means McNeil, age 74, died April 10, 1998, in Murray, Utah.
Born December 25, 1923, in Star, Idaho, to Leaborn A. and Ida James Means. Married William E. McNeil on June 14, 1947 in Boise, Idaho. He died January 9, 1976. Graduated from Boise High School in 1941.She was a member of the Emanuel Methodist Church in Boise, Idaho, and member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She drove truck at Gowen Field during World War II. She was a airline stewardess for TWA. She moved from Boise to Salt Lake City in 1962.
Survivors: son, William (Kathy), Salt Lake City; stepdaughter, Billie, Scottsdale, Arizona; grandchildren, Glenn, Tammy, Shawn, Jason, Trever; three great-grandchildren; brother, Lee (Buddy), Newport, Oregon; many nieces, nephews, two sisters-in-law, and two brothers-in-law.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 16, 1998, at 1 p.m. at the Cloverdale Park Cemetery in Boise, Idaho. Friends may call Wednesday, 5-7:30 p.m. and Thursday, 11 a.m. to 12 noon at the Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel, 5400 Fairview Ave., Boise, Idaho.
