Young patients at Shriners Hospital for Children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt Wednesday at Popperton Park, on the north side of the Salt Lake hospital. Jess DeBoer, above, is held by his mother, Carla, as he gives a taste test to the outside of a plastic egg, which was filled with candy. At left, Gideon DiMeglio, 3, accumulated a number of eggs in his wheelchair. About 450 eggs were hidden throughout the park in the hunt sponsored by the Sandy and Park Center Super-Tar-get stores. SuperTarget also provided 15-20 volunteers to push wheelchair-bound children and to carry others who needed the help.
