Rosetta Frances Stark, age 88, passed away April 8, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born October 30, 1909 in Meeker, Colorado to Olaf and Rosetta C. Burdick Holton. Married Floyd Charles Stark.She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Enjoyed reading and doing missionary work. She was a very active member of the LDS Church. She served an LDS Mission in Hawaii from 1938-1940. She retired after 22 years of teaching for the Granite School District. Graduated from Arizona State University, where she was president of Kappa Alpha Sorority. She did graduate work at the U of U. She was a teacher all her life and taught religious education. Her last calling in the church was as Relief Society President in the Highland Cove Retirement Center, where she was also a member on the City Council.

Survived by son, Gene (Dawna); grandchildren, Michael (Shelly), Jeannine (Robyn) Jones, Randall (Elizabeth), Julie (Kim) Wilson, Gene Jr. (Kimberly); 26 great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Holton. Preceded in death by husband, sisters Peggy and Renora.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 12 noon in the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive, where friends may come on Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday morning from 10:45-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment in the Mountain View Memorial Garden and Mausoleum in Mesa, Arizona.
