A hospital has fired four more respiratory therapists in a unit where a colleague allegedly confessed to killing dozens of terminally ill patients.

Also Friday, Glendale Adventist Medical Center spokesman Mark New-myer announced that two managers of the unit "are no longer with the hospital" and one other technician has been suspended with pay.Newmyer refused to explain the personnel moves, saying only that the actions were based on the findings of an internal investigation into the claims of Efren Saldivar.
