Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the LDS Church's Quorum of the Seventy will speak 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, at LDS Business College.
His address is part of the college's spring lecture series. The speech, to be delivered at an LDS chapel at 375 E. 100 South, is free to the public.Prior to his service with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Elder Christofferson was associate general counsel of NationsBank Corp. in Charlotte, N.C. Earlier, he was a senior vice president and general counsel for Sovran Bank of Tennessee in Nashville. He also had a private law practice in Washington and served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge John J. Sirica.
A native of Pleasant Grove, he earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Duke University.
