Ricks College ended its run in the NJCAA men's basketball tournament with a 93-87 overtime loss to Angelina College of Lufkin, Texas.

The Roadrunners' Eric Chat-field scored 37 points, including 6-of-7 from behind the arc. Adding to the shootout style, the Vikings' Ty Church tallied nine treys and 29 points, while teammate Ricky Bower added 27 and seven 3-pointers.Tied 75-all after regulation, Ricks turned cold as Angelina grabbed 10 more rebounds and hit 18-of-25 from the line in OT.

The Vikings finished the tournament 2-2, good for eighth place.

Meanwhile, the Ricks women's team won three of four NJCAA tourney games and took fifth-place honors with a 80-67 victory over Alabama's Wallace State in Salina, Kan.

Kaly Gillette led all scorers with 20 points, while Cady Williams added 18.
