Taiwan Relatives carrying makeshift shrines mourn the loss of victims who died in a Taiwan plane crash Wednesday. A Formosa Airlines Saab 340 airplane plunged into the sea two minutes after takeoff from the northern city of Hsinchu. All 13 crew and passengers are presumed dead. Last month, a China Airlines Airbus crashed, killing 202 people. As a result of the latest crash, Taiwan's premier has grounded one domestic carrier and ordered comprehensive safety checks on the rest.
