DOREEN RAPPAPORT, award-winning children's author, will be conducting writing workshops for kids March 9 (1 p.m. for third- graders) and 10 (9:30 a.m. for fourth-graders and 1 p.m. for sixth- graders). The event is part of the Redrock Writer's Guild open reading program.- THE BABCOCK PERFORMING READERS have slated a program called "Moods and Movements in 20th Century Women's Writing," featuring the work of 11 women writers performed by dramatic readers.
