The Utah Horse Council will offer a "Head to Tail - Mane to Toe" clinic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at a yet-to-be announced Davis County location.
Some of the latest information in equine health will be provided. Dental, massage, chiropractic and farrier techniques will be taught.A part of the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, the council was organized to strengthen the horse industry. Council goals include promoting communication among equine groups, be a clearinghouse and resource for horse interests, educating horse users and promoting legislation to protect the rights of horse owners.
