Following five months of negotiations, Beckstrand & Associates has purchased the 150,000-square-foot HealthRider Building at 6322 S. 3000 East from Icon Health & Fitness Inc., Logan.

Zions First National Bank facilitated the transaction by providing the mortgage on the building, and John Bradshaw of Capital Realty Advisors was the financial consultant.Richard Beckstrand, chief executive officer, said he will relocate his property management operation of 20 employees to the HealthRider Building in a few weeks.

With the acquisition, Beckstrand now operates 15 buildings in the Murray/ Holladay area with 500,000 square feet and 200 tenants.
