James Brolin reportedly rammed and scuffled with a paparazzo in New York who was trying to take a picture of the actor and his fiancee, Barbra Streisand.

Richard Corkery, who works for the Daily News, was snapping photos of the couple as they emerged Thursday night from a movie theater. Corkery said Brolin rammed him as he attempted to photograph Streisand."It was like getting slammed by a train," said Corkery, 55, who was treated at a hospital and released. He said he suffered head and neck trauma and plans to press charges against Brolin. Calls to Brolin for comment Friday were not returned.
