Kendall Edwin Hubner, 82, died on February 18, 1993 in Sparks, Nevada where he has lived since 1997.
He was born December 28, 1913 in Galesburn, Illinois to William Leander and Mima Mehler Simpson Hubner. Graduated from Alhambra High School in Alhambra, California. He worked for Art Sales and Bloomart in Los Angeles, California for over 40 years. Member of the LDS Church. Was in the US Army serving at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii during World War II.Survived by wife Maurine Ford Hubner, Reno, Nevada; son, Dr. L. Bruce Ford, Reno, Nevada; daughter Patricia Tate, San Jose, California; sister Barbara Grohs of Oregon and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by first wife Margaret Bretzing Hubner, both parents and a brother.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 21, 1998 in the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (Delwood Section). Family and friends may call at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive from 12:45-1:45 p.m. prior to services.
