Mothers who are working at home instead of at the office are invited to attend the meetings of the Sandy chapter of FEMALE (Formerly Employed Mothers at the Leading Edge.)

FEMALE is a national not-for-profit support organization for women making the transition from employment outside the home to at-home motherhood. It holds monthly meetings, offers baby-sitting cooperation, mom's night-out activities and play-groups and creates a chance for women to establish new friendships by meeting other at-home moms.Visitors are invited to the next meetings of the Sandy chapter on Tuesday, Feb. 24, and Tuesday, March 17, at 7 p.m. in the Whitmore Library, 2197 E. 7000 South.
