The man being sought as a material witness in the fatal bombing of an Alabama abortion clinic was seen eating at a fast-food restaurant with another man the following day.

Workers at the Burger King told FBI agents that Eric Robert Rudolph looked "real rough, kind of dirty-looking" when he came in with a man in his 20s on the night of Jan. 30.It was the first indication that Rudolph, the object of an intensive manhunt by federal agents in this remote, mountainous area, might not be traveling alone.

Rudolph, 31, is being sought as a material witness in the Jan. 29 explosion at the New Woman All Women Clinic, the first fatal bombing of a U.S. abortion clinic.
