Terry Alan Johnson will deliver his second valedictory address in a year when he is honored as Southern Utah State College's outstanding scholar at graduation ceremonies June 4.

Johnson, Price, will graduate from SUSC with a bachelor's degree in business administration just a year and a day after he delivered the valedictory address at the College of Eastern Utah.He has maintained a 4.0 grade point average at the Cedar City college, school officials said, and left CEU, in Price, with a 3.965 GPA.

After working full time for three years and attending night school, Johnson left his position as a customer-service representative for Mountain Fuel Supply Co. to complete his associate degree in business administration at CEU.

"I realized that I couldn't end up where I wanted to be without more formal education," he said.
