A Sinclair gas station was robbed early Friday by two men, one of them wielding a large kitchen carving knife.
The two men entered the station, 3310 S. Seventh East, about 4:30 a.m. Friday. The man with the knife ordered the attendant to lie on the floor behind the counter. The men then removed approximately $73.54 from the cash register and also took a 12-pack of beer before fleeing.Both men were described as Hispanic. One was about 5 feet 5 inches tall, 165 pounds, in his early 30s, and having a mustache and chubby face. He was wearing a light-colored dress shirt, brownish pants and black dress shoes.
The other was described as 5 feet 8 inches, 165 pounds and in his late 20s. He wore a dark shirt and dark pants.
