The Planned Parenthood Association of Utah has named Karrie Galloway, acting head of the organization for the past five months, as its executive director, says UPPA Board President Skip Branch.
Galloway will supervise the association's medical, educational and advocacy programs. She succeeds Barbara Baldwin, who resigned last August.
Galloway has been affiliated with Utah Planned Parenthood since 1981. The former teacher also is a member of the Utah Governor's Task Force on Teenage Pregnancy.
