In another category, Franklin Quest Co., 2200 W. Parkway Blvd., West Valley City, a company that provides personal productivity seminars to corporations and the public and manufacturers personal planning products, was named the top revenue growth company. The awards are based on a company's growth between 1991 and 1995. According to information provided by Dale Richards, Moun-tain-West Venture Group chair-man and president of Excel Management Systems Inc., the 100 companies honored Thursday had $1 billion in sales in 1991. That figure increased to $2.7 billion in 1995.
