Three men have been indicted on a charge of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute.

Epifanio Tovar-Zambrano, Lucia Petrona Espinoza de Tovar and Carlos Antonio Pacheco-Fuentes are accused of possessing about four kilos of cocaine on or about April 29 with intent to distribute. According to the indictment, the three also aided and abetted each other in the crime.If convicted, the three could face a minimum mandatory sentence of five years in prison up to a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison and/or a $2 million fine.
