The Greek Supreme Court ruled Friday that Palestinian guerrilla suspect Mohammed Rashid should be handed over to the United States to stand trial for a bomb attack on a civilian airliner in 1982. The final decision on whether to extradite Rashid rests with Justice Minister Yannis Skoularikis. Rashid, 34, is accused by the United States of planting a bomb on a Pan American airliner that exploded over Honolulu in 1982, killing a Japanese teenager and wounding 15 other passengers.
