The challenges of food service management and job possibilities in banquet sales and catering will be the topics of Hospitality Training sessions May 16, 18, 20 and 23 at Southern Utah State College.

Rhett Long, Brianhead Royale general manager, will present the 9 a.m. to noon training sessions in room 119, SUSC Industrial Education Building.

Long will concentrate on food and beverage management May 16 and 18, then will expand into banquet sales and catering May 20 and 23. Registration is $5 per topic.
